Facilitation with Mega-Packs

The foldable pallet boxes of the Mega-Pack line are used as a 40% lighter alternative to heavy pallet cages made from metal. They form a reusable system for large-volume packed goods that require a light and robust transport box.

Simple and safe handling

A sturdy folding collar of PP twin-wall sheets or corrugated cardboard is inserted into a nestable pallet of plastic. A solid lid securely seals in the goods. Simple handling and a volume reduction of 80% ensure the efficient return of the containers. No interior lining is required in Mega-Packs. A lid for dust protection is already integrated.

Fast and robust in daily use

Our containers can be folded in or out easily and quickly. Integrated locks on the lid and the pallet make strapping unnecessary. The pallets can be delivered with skids or feet for all warehouse and transport requirements. The robust design of the Mega-Pack boxes guarantees a large number of cycles and low costs per cycle.
